Refund policy

• 5 years warranty on all the Mattresses. Warranty is valid from the date of delivery. The original sales receipt is required as proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover accidental damage and wear and tear, scratches or damage caused by knocks or accidental incidents. The warranty does not apply to items that are assembled incorrectly or used improperly. In accordance with company policy, all sales made online or in-store are final, no refunds will be given. Credit or exchange may be granted at the discretion of management.
